At Saueskinnet.no, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural home decor. If your sheepskin or wool product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization code.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused sheepskin product back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is protected from moisture during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Posten or Bring collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
